Emotional Intelligence and Happiness
When it comes to happiness and success in our relationships, career and personal goals, emotional intelligence matters. Cultivating daily positive emotions can help build resilience and increase a person’s happiness. We need emotional intelligence to turn intention into action, in order to make informed decisions about the things that matter most to us, and to connect to others in productive and nurturing ways. All of this opens the door to living life how we truly desire and by doing so experiencing greater happiness. Having satisfaction with our life and current circumstances is the foundation of well-being and requires that we are able to visualize where we want to be and having the skills and intelligence on board to get there.
